Duties Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations with a variety of food items, ensuring presentation is appealing and ingredients are fresh and replenished regularly Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, assembling, and plating dishes in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area by cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and ensuring proper sanitation standards are met throughout your shift Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays Handle food handling responsibilities with care, adhering to all food safety management protocols to prevent contamination Process cash transactions accurately at the breakfast service point using POS (Point of Sale) systems when applicable Support dietary needs by understanding dietary restrictions and accommodating special requests with professionalism and care Skill Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety sanitizing procedures Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including weight handling in the workplace Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as coffee machines, toasters.
