Job Description

Are you a food service professional with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service to guests? You might be just what we're looking for in our next breakfast attendant. Our busy hotel is looking for a detail-oriented person to set up and take down our breakfast buffet, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are always available. You'll also need to walk throughout the dining area, refilling coffee and beverages and cleaning up used plates and utensils. Compensation:
$13 - $14 hourly
Responsibilities:
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner Maintain the breakfast area by cleaning tables, chairs, and buffet counter, and empty trash as needed Disinfect and clean service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment following health and safety procedures Ensure setup is complete each morning for the breakfast buffet and fresh foods are always available during the service hours Provide attentive service to guests in the dining area by taking orders, and serving food and drinks
Qualifications:
Experience working in food service is preferred Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service Outstanding time management and organizational skills About Company Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 15 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding the expectations of its guests.
