Job Description
Overview We are seeking a Food Prep Assistant - to help with quality food. The ideal candidate is one with some training in food handling, preparation, and safety standards. A student in a culinary program will be perfect for this role. An interest in Asian cuisine would be perfect opportunity to develop some culinary skills, and gain kitchen experience. Duties Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling dishes Function in the kitchen safely and efficiently Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all food items. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning routines Qualifications Previous experience not required Familiarity with menu planning, recipe adherence, and meal preparation techniques is a plus Culinary experience or training in the food industry is advantageous; catering experience is a plus.
