WE LOVE OUR WORK.
Serves food, beverages, or desserts to guests in such settings as take-out counters of 24/7 café venue. Performs cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and transporting dishes to keep equipment and facilities sanitary. Scrubs and polishes counters, clean tables, and other equipment; cleans glasses, dishes, and fountain equipment. Prepares bills for food using MICROS POS, accepts payment or makes change, and balances receipts and payments in cash drawers. Cooks' food or prepares food items such as sandwiches, pizzas, and salads, using standard formulas or following directions and delivers orders to the kitchen and picks up and serves food when it is ready. Provides friendly, quick, professional service, demonstrating willingness to serve guests with a smile. Checks to ensure that all foods are displayed attractively as per departmental standard. Handles food appropriately, maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards. Informs Supervisor when food quantities are low.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; One year of food service experience preferred. Strong customer service skills. Previous cash handling experience. Excel both independently and working as part of a team. Ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, and walk throughout the duration of shift. Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights. Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.
