Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Part Time Breakfast Attendant and Front Desk Agent! In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable breakfast experience each morning. Your energetic and friendly approach will set the tone for our guests' stay, creating memorable moments from check-in to breakfast service. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills, engage with diverse guests, and be an integral part of a lively resort environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Prepare and serve breakfast items according to hotel standards, ensuring quality, presentation, and timely service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations Manage multi-line phone systems to answer guest questions, make reservations, and coordinate requests efficiently Provide excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay Support front desk operations by handling reservations, updating guest records, and processing payments accurately Uphold hotel policies on phone etiquette, guest confidentiality, and safety procedures at all times Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating welcoming environments for diverse guests Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist international visitors and enhance guest interactions Familiarity with hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and basic night audit procedures is advantageous Experience in resort settings or guest services roles will help you excel in this lively environment Excellent communication skills with a focus on professionalism and positive guest engagement Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy makes a difference!
