The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a skilled and experienced Full-Time Diet Clerk to our Cura Hospitality team in Natchitoches, LA . As a Diet Clerk, you will have the opportunity to manage the flow of meal service during dining operations. What you'll be doing: Managing nutritional data software. Inputting nutritional information. Addressing concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content. What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field. Extensive knowledge of nutritional recommendations, especially for medical needs. At least one years' experience in nutrition or related field.

Nice-to-haves:
