Conveniently located near major highways, local businesses, and coastal destinations, the hotel will provide comfortable accommodations designed for both short- and extended-stay guests. This is a unique opportunity to join the pre-opening team and help establish the guest service, cleanliness, and operational standards that will support the hotel from day one. Position Summary The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing friendly, personalized service to guests while preparing, maintaining, and replenishing the hotel's breakfast area. This position ensures that food and beverages are properly prepared and presented, the breakfast area remains clean and organized, and guests receive a welcoming experience throughout breakfast service. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while interacting with guests. Key Responsibilities Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner Provide personalized service and respond promptly to guest requests Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and hotel standards Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling requirements Set up the breakfast area before guest arrival Display food and beverages in an organized and attractive manner according to hotel and brand standards Monitor and replenish the breakfast buffet, beverages, and supplies throughout service Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast and dining areas Clear and properly dispose of used plates, utensils, napkins, cups, and other items Monitor food and supply levels and communicate replenishment needs Assist with inventory and ordering of food and breakfast supplies as needed Ensure food is maintained at appropriate temperatures and handled safely Respond to guest questions and requests in a friendly and timely manner Follow up with guests when needed to help ensure a positive breakfast experience Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift Follow hotel safety, security, and operational procedures Maintain regular attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts Maintain a professional appearance and follow the hotel dress code Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous hotel, restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred Food safety certification preferred or ability to obtain as required Friendly and professional attitude Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and established procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and dependable Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, and move food and supply items as needed Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays What Success Looks Like Guests receive friendly and attentive service throughout breakfast Breakfast food and beverages are prepared and presented according to hotel standards The buffet remains fully stocked, clean, and organized Food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed Guest requests are handled promptly and professionally Breakfast supplies are properly monitored and replenished The dining area remains clean and welcoming throughout service Why Join AAM15 Management, LLC?
