Responsibilities :

Supervise daily meal service and catering orders; able to assist with food prep and serving when needed. Assist with weekly inventory, knowledge of on-line catering order systems, and POS opening and closing procedures. Staff development, manage labor, work schedules and employees. Superior customer service skills are required; will interact daily with our customers and client. May assist with special projects or events. May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

Preferred:

Culinary or Hospitality Degree from an accredited college, technical school, or culinary association. 2+ years' experience in a similar culinary supervisor position in retail, manufacturing, or education dining services. Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively and enthusiastically in a fast-paced environment.
