What You'll Do (Responsibilities): As a Busser at Bar Louie, your focus is on ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and welcoming space. You bring genuine hospitality and care to every shift, working hard to maintain sanitized tables and a spotless Gastrobar environment. Your style is fun yet professional, and you adapt to your guests' energy—quick and efficient when they're on the go, unobtrusive when they need privacy, and engaging when they're looking for connection. You take pride in your work, never cut corners, and eagerly help teammates to keep service running smoothly. This is the perfect entry point into the hospitality industry—where you'll learn, grow, and build lasting relationships while creating great experiences for every guest. What You'll Bring (Requirements): No prior experience required

High School Diploma or GED required. An associate's or a bachelor's degree is preferred. Preferred (Not Required): Previous hospitality or customer service experience, and must be willing to have food handlers & Alcohol certification within 14 days of hire Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends). Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
