What You'll Do (Responsibilities): As a Busser at Bar Louie, your focus is on ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and welcoming space. You bring genuine hospitality and care to every shift, working hard to maintain sanitized tables and a spotless Gastrobar environment. Your style is fun yet professional, and you adapt to your guests' energy—quick and efficient when they're on the go, unobtrusive when they need privacy, and engaging when they're looking for connection. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
