Penn Brook Elementary School, 68 Elm Street, Georgetown, MA
SUPERVISOR:
Cook Manager
ANNUAL SALARY
TBD per collective bargaining agreement
START DATE
start of the 2026/2027 School Year (August 2026) or sooner (May 2026)
WORK SCHEDULE
6 hours per day, 5 days a week
WORK YEAR
180 days, the school year

The ideal candidate should:

Be willing to work in a fast paced environment
Be passionate and enthusiastic assisting students
DUTIES
Assist Cook-Manager & Assistant Cook in daily production schedule.
Adhere to recipes, menu patterns and serving size specifications throughout production and meal service.
Attend trainings as assigned.
Utilize safe serving techniques and adhere to dress code for food service personnel.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in food service - school experience preferred.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift thirty (30) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
