Assist Cook-Manager & Assistant Cook in daily production schedule.
Adhere to recipes, menu patterns and serving size specifications throughout production and meal service.
Attend trainings as assigned.
Utilize safe serving techniques and adhere to dress code for food service personnel.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift thirty (30) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
