Responsibilities Deliver food quickly and accurately to guests while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met. Bus, reset, and sanitize tables efficiently to prepare them for the next guests. Run drinks, food, and other items to support servers and bartenders during busy shifts. Assist with dishwashing and maintaining clean dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment. Support the kitchen with light prep, stocking, organization, and cleaning as needed. Keep dining rooms, service stations, restrooms, patios, and kitchen areas clean and organized throughout each shift. Restock supplies, ice, condiments, and service items to keep operations running efficiently. Maintain clean and organized workstations at all times. Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Anticipate guest and team needs, stepping in wherever additional support is needed. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Help create a welcoming, positive environment for both guests and fellow team members.
