Compensation:
This position is per hour plus cash & credit card gratuities. Duty will include working both the Café and Beverage cart according to schedule. Provide prompt and efficient customer service. Display knowledge of the F&B menu. Take and prepare food/drink orders. Prepare and serve beverages in an accurate and timely manner. Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies. Process all cash/credit cards for payment following all standard operating procedures. Keep workstation(s) sanitized and organized. Performs opening and closing procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. Maintains and exhibits knowledge of proper golf course etiquette. Re-stock the coolers and beverage cart throughout the day. Must be 21. Food service experience is a plus, but an outgoing personality is even better. Possesses excellent customer service skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong communication skills. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must be available to work, days, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
