- Presents, prepares and serves food
- Maintains a clean and neat environment
- Keep kitchen, dining room, and conference room clean w food is prepared or served
- Greets guests in the dining room
- Collects meal tickets
- Delivers food promptly and professionally
- Demonstrate all menu items and ingredients
- Communicates directly with back of the house staff to ensure all special requests are accommodated
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding any personal or medical information that is shared
