Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. As a Busser, you will assist servers and contribute to an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and supporting the overall operations of the restaurant. Responsibilities Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals to prepare for the next customers. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service, including arranging tables and chairs. Ensure all glassware, utensils, and plates are properly cleaned and stored. Support servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and assisting with any additional needs during service. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash as needed. Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests' needs and responding positively to requests. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to help others in a collaborative setting. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
