In addition, assists in the serving and preparation of food. Ensures equipment and assigned work areas are clean and maintained in accordance with state and local codes, Career System Development, and Department of Labor standards. Assists in the preparation of food. Assists in serving food. Cleans and maintains dining room and kitchen facilities. Operates dish-washing equipment. Cleans and checks service equipment.
Shift :
