Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and equipment according to food safety protocols. Assist with food handling and storage, ensuring proper weight handling and adherence to dietary restrictions. Support food safety management practices by following sanitizing procedures and monitoring for quality standards. Engage with customers through in-person service, providing friendly assistance and answering menu-related questions. Requirements Previous experience in commercial kitchen, school dining, and catering or hospitality environments preferred. Patience. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitizing procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests. Ability to handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy boxes safely and efficiently. Basic knife skills. Experience with operating kitchen equipment. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude; previous in-person customer service experience is essential.
