Join the team at Moxy Hotel & Residence Inn Portland Thompson's Point, a brand-new dual-branded Marriott hotel bringing fresh energy, style, and hospitality to one of Portland's most exciting waterfront destinations, newly opened in July 2026. As home to the first Moxy hotel in Northern New England, this is a chance to be part of something new from the very beginning — welcoming guests to a vibrant stay steps from Thompson's Point's concerts, events, dining, and culture. Mornings set the tone—and you'll be the reason guests start their day with a smile. We've opened a brand-new hotel and are looking for a Breakfast Attendant who brings energy, warmth, and attention to detail to our breakfast experience. If you love interacting with people, staying on the move, and creating a welcoming vibe, this is your moment to shine. From the first cup of coffee to the last cleared table, you help turn a simple breakfast into a great start to someone's day.
What You'll Be Doing:
Setting up and breaking down our breakfast area so it looks fresh, inviting, and ready to go Greeting every guest with a smile, eye contact, and genuine hospitality Keeping food stocked, organized, and looking its best at all times Answering questions and helping guests feel right at home Delivering food, drinks, and anything guests need to enjoy their morning Clearing tables quickly and keeping the dining area clean and welcoming Following food safety standards (you keep it safe and delicious) Keeping kitchen, dining, and service areas spotless throughout your shift Supporting the team and jumping in wherever needed
