Temporary Dining Services Associate We are looking for a full-time, 30 hour per week temporary Dining Services Associate (DSA). We estimate this position to be about 3 months. This DSA is a flexible and cross-trained team member supporting various dining operations. This includes meal service in multiple dining areas, food preparation, excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for residents and guests.

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday, 130pm - 730pm, with occasional weekends

Primary Responsibilities:

Dining Room Support:

greeting residents and guests, taking and delivering meals, assist with clean up.

Food Preparation:

assisting with cook's list such as fruits, salads, side dishes and desserts.

Bistro Support:

greeting customers, ringing up orders, packing soups and sandwiches and maintaining clean service area Dishwashing support: wash, sanitize and put away dishes

Requirements:

High School Diploma Familiarity with food preparation and service operations Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards Effective communication and customer service abilities Basic computer skills Ability to adapt to varying roles and tasks as needed.

Physical Requirements:
