Manage beverage service, including wine knowledge, drink mixing, and bartending duties where applicable. Support guest relations by addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring guest comfort throughout the event. Clear tables promptly after service, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in service areas. Operate POS systems for order processing and billing accurately during events. Adhere to food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow from setup to breakdown. Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance consistent with hospitality standards. Experience Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in catering, banquets, or fine dining environments. Demonstrated culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques. Familiarity with guest services, guest relations, and hospitality operations. Experience with food service roles such as serving, bussing, or bartending preferred. Knowledge of wine service, beverage offerings, and drink presentation is advantageous. Experience using POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Background in hotel or restaurant settings that emphasize customer satisfaction and high-quality service. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Exposure to food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
