Overview We are seeking a dedicated Catering Service Worker to join our hospitality team, supporting a variety of events, functions, and dining experiences. This role involves delivering exceptional guest service, assisting with food and beverage presentation, and ensuring smooth operation of catering services. Responsibilities Prepare and set up catering events according to specifications, including arranging tables, linens, and service ware. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining professional guest interactions. Assist with food preparation, presentation, and replenishment during events. Buss tables promptly after service to ensure cleanliness and readiness for subsequent guests. Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Support beverage service, including wine knowledge, drink service, and bar tending when required. Operate POS systems for order processing and billing accurately. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries courteously and ensuring a positive experience. Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including dishwashing and equipment sanitation. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction. Experience Candidates should have prior experience in the food industry or hospitality settings, ideally with banquet or catering backgrounds.

Relevant experience includes:
