Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Part-Time Breakfast Attendant, working Saturday and Sunday from 5:30am to 12:30pm. In this energetic role, you will be the first friendly face our guests see, ensuring a warm and welcoming breakfast experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help set the tone for a positive start to each guest's day. From food preparation to impeccable service, you'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. Responsibilities Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Greet guests warmly, taking their orders and providing attentive customer service throughout their meal. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations. Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service, including arranging tables and preparing serving stations. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service, supporting catering or banquet functions as needed. Requirements Prior experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Experience in serving, food preparation, or banquet settings is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work early mornings consistently and stand for extended periods. Food industry experience such as restaurant or catering work is desirable.
