As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our restaurant or catering service operates smoothly and efficiently. You will assist servers and kitchen staff in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Duties Clear and reset tables promptly after guests finish their meals, ensuring a clean dining area for incoming patrons. Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed, enhancing the overall customer service experience. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and organizing utensils and condiments. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs or concerns. Help with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or catering services, ensuring all equipment is properly arranged. Support the team during busy periods by assisting with various tasks as directed by management or senior staff members. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members. A background in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is beneficial for understanding the fast-paced nature of this role.
