Job Description
Duties:
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner.
- Use knives and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with catering events as needed.
- Operate POS system for order taking and payment processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area.
- Provide excellent customer service, including phone etiquette and interaction with guests.
- Utilize OpenTable or similar reservation system to manage seating arrangements.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
