Duties:

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner.
• Use knives and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with catering events as needed.
• Operate POS system for order taking and payment processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area.
• Provide excellent customer service, including phone etiquette and interaction with guests.
• Utilize OpenTable or similar reservation system to manage seating arrangements.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
