Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a passion for guest relations. Duties Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Assist with food preparation, including cooking and meal presentation. Serve breakfast items to guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces. Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette when necessary. Qualifications Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations. Experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Customer service experience is essential; hospitality background is a plus. Skills in cleaning, bussing, and maintaining a tidy work environment are required. Experience as a host/host or delivery driver can be beneficial.
