The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing a welcoming breakfast experience for our guests while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked breakfast area. Responsibilities Prepare and set up the hotel breakfast area each morning. Refill food, beverages, coffee, and other breakfast items as needed. Monitor food presentation and maintain appropriate cleanliness and sanitation standards. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Assist guests with questions and special requests. Clear tables and keep the dining area clean and organized throughout breakfast service. Wash dishes and clean kitchen and breakfast equipment. Check food levels and communicate restocking needs to management. Follow all hotel food-safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Complete opening and closing cleaning duties. Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive guest experience. Qualifications Previous hotel, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred but not required. Friendly and professional attitude. Reliable and punctual. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer-service skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move breakfast supplies as needed. Food-handler certification is a plus, where required.
