Responsibilities Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, following food safety sanitizing procedures and recipes Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and food preparation equipment through regular cleaning routines Handle manual tasks such as food handling, weight measurements, and portioning accurately and efficiently Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, toasters, coffee machines, and other appliances Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems while providing friendly in-person customer service Assist with food presentation and garnishing to ensure visually appealing dishes Support food safety management by adhering to health regulations and proper food handling practices Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy breakfast hours Engage with guests in a professional manner, addressing dietary needs or special requests with knowledge of food options and wine pairing basics when applicable Experience Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly preferred Culinary experience or catering background will be advantageous for food preparation tasks Familiarity with food safety protocols and sanitizing procedures in a commercial setting Experience handling POS systems and processing cash transactions accurately Customer service experience in in-person settings that require active engagement with guests Knowledge of food industry standards related to food handling, dietary accommodations, and sanitation practices Ability to perform manual handling tasks including weight lifting and standing for extended periods Basic math skills for managing transactions and portioning food items effectively Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding breakfast experiences in a fast-paced environment!
