$16-18 Position Reports to: Catering Manager Join Our Team and Help Create Memorable Events! Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our catering team as a Catering Service Attendant. Whether it's weddings, corporate events, celebrations, or special gatherings, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. What You'll Do As a member of our catering team, you will: Set up banquet rooms, buffet lines, beverage stations, and event spaces according to event specifications. Serve food and beverages with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. Keep buffet stations stocked by replenishing food, beverages, and supplies throughout events. Clear tables, collect dishes, and maintain clean, organized event spaces during service. Assist with event breakdown, room resets, and post-event cleanup. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines. Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates to ensure smooth event execution. Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to guest needs with a positive, friendly attitude. Safely transport food, beverages, equipment, and event supplies as needed. Perform other duties as assigned to support successful catering and banquet operations. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout a shift. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
