This position is being offered via The Roostertail as we are the concessions partner. Dates vary but are typically Thursday-Sunday, September through December, Thursday-Saturday evenings, and Sunday afternoons. Join our dynamic team as a Concessions Attendant in this exciting seasonal role! You will be the friendly face behind our concession stands, delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient food service and hospitality. This position offers a lively environment where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will shine, ensuring guests enjoy memorable moments while you showcase your culinary and customer service skills. Whether managing food preparation, serving guests, or maintaining food safety standards, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps visitors coming back for more. Responsibilities Sell a variety of grab and go food and beverages with enthusiasm, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions, and provide friendly, attentive service to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession areas Follow all food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure health standards are consistently met Restock supplies, manage inventory levels, and assist with food ordering to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest relations and uphold the highest hospitality standards Successfully use Square registers with credit card transactions Requirements Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is preferred Strong guest services skills with a friendly, energetic approach to customer interactions Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude This position provides an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about food service and guest relations.
