This role requires a high level of interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively on a commission-based compensation structure. You will report daily to the manager and work closely with our team to ensure that every client receives the best possible care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and professional guidance to families in planning prearranged funeral services. Maintain thorough knowledge of our services and products to effectively assist clients. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective consultation and service. Report daily to the manager on activities, sales, and client interactions. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements. Conduct in-home or in-office presentations, community seminars, and follow-up appointments. Develop and maintain relationships within the community and with referral partners.
Qualifications:
Active Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Comfortable with in-person and phone-based sales presentations Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Highly self-motivated and able to work independently. Comfortable working on a commission-based compensation structure. Ability to empathize with and support clients during difficult times.
