As a Busser, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment by assisting with food and beverage service, clearing tables, and supporting the overall flow of the restaurant. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests Assist servers by bussing tables promptly and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant Support food handling and delivery to ensure timely service Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and trash removal Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs Help with basic kitchen or catering support as needed to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation Ensure all food industry safety protocols are followed, including proper sanitation and food handling procedures Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards Excellent communication skills to interact positively with team members and guests Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively Willingness to learn food handling procedures and support kitchen operations when necessary Open availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Previous experience in hotel or food industry settings is a plus but not mandatory Join us at Blackrock Hartland where your enthusiasm fuels our success!
