Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Busser, where you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your energetic and attentive approach will ensure tables are promptly cleared, reset, and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. By supporting the serving staff and maintaining a welcoming environment, you'll help foster a lively and efficient restaurant atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service and hospitality while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. This is a tipped position averaging an additional $7-$15 hour. Duties Clear and clean tables quickly and efficiently after guests leave, ensuring a tidy dining area at all times Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and / or utensils as needed Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of tableware, chairs, and supplies following safe lifting practices Set tables according to restaurant standards, including proper placement of silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly Skills Strong cleaning and sanitation skills to uphold health standards in food service environments Experience in bussing or supporting food service operations within restaurants or catering settings Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting of trays, chairs, and supplies Excellent communication skills for internal team coordination and guest interactions Knowledge of food safety practices and restaurant hygiene protocols Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is valued Demonstrated customer service skills to contribute to a welcoming dining atmosphere Join us as a Busser and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences. Pay:
From $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 20.0 per week
