Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot dishes, cold selections, and beverages, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area by regularly sanitizing surfaces, clearing tables, and organizing food stations in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures Restock supplies such as utensils, condiments, and food items to ensure a fully stocked breakfast service at all times Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays, following proper manual handling techniques Assist with food preparation tasks under supervision, supporting culinary staff in creating appealing breakfast offerings Follow food safety management protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations and dietary restrictions Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; hotel experience helpful Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety sanitizing protocols, and basic math skills for transaction processing Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to manual handling guidelines Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction Experience with POS systems for processing payments accurately Familiarity with wine knowledge or dietary aide experience is advantageous but not required Ability to stand for extended periods, lift weight safely in accordance with workplace standards, and perform cleaning duties effectively Join us in delivering outstanding breakfast experiences that energize our guests' days!
