The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area. Responsibilities Prepare and set up the breakfast area, including food stations and beverage stations. Ensure all food items are fresh, appealing, and well-stocked throughout the breakfast service. Assist guests with their dining needs, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area by regularly cleaning tables, counters, and equipment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Assist in bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly to maintain a tidy environment. Provide support during special events. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, including roles such as host/host, server, or barista. Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and cleaning protocols. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and customer service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
