Our bussers play a key role in maintaining the flow of the restaurant by keeping tables clean, assisting servers, supporting the kitchen, and helping maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant. We are looking for individuals who move with urgency, take pride in cleanliness, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently Assist servers with guest needs and table maintenance Refill water and assist with beverage service when needed Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, and service stations Help stock plates, utensils, napkins, sauces, and restaurant supplies Support food runners and kitchen staff during busy periods Remove trash and keep walkways and guest areas clean and safe Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and teammates Help create a smooth, welcoming, and organized dining experience What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Attention to cleanliness and organization Ability to stay active and on your feet for long periods Weekend and evening availability preferred Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Why Join House of Umami?
