Position Overview As a Server Assistant, you are the backbone of our dining room floor. You will support our server teams by managing table mechanics, executing precisely timed food delivery, and anticipating guest needs before they arise. This high-earning position requires immense physical stamina, keen attention to detail, and a desire to learn the art of fine dining from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Choreographed Table Maintenance :
Clear, crumb, and reset tables according to precise fine dining configurations between courses and guest seatings.
Polished Water & Bread Service :
Provide intuitive, seamless replenishment of water, artisanal breads, and custom butter pairings throughout the meal.
Expedited Food Running :
Deliver hot, premium steaks and side dishes from the kitchen pass to guest tables with correct, polished positioning.
Glassware & Polishing Mastery :
Ensure fine crystal wine stems and upscale flatware are meticulously polished, scratch-free, and perfectly placed.
Server Team Synchronization :
Maintain active, clear verbal communication with servers to perfectly time course transitions and clearings.
Preemptive Guest Care :
Assist in monitoring guest satisfaction, refilling non-alcoholic beverages, and quickly resolving spills or debris.
Qualifications & Skills:
Upscale Exposure :
Minimum of 1+ years of hospitality experience (Busser, Runner, Host, or Server) in a high-volume scratch kitchen, upscale casual restaurant, or fine dining environment.
Detail-Oriented Mindset :
A sharp eye for maintaining a pristine dining environment, recognizing unpolished silverware, and anticipating open tables.
Professional Composure :
Polished verbal communication skills and a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced luxury setting.
Scheduling Flexibility :
Full availability to work dinner shifts, weekends, and major holidays.
Certifications :
Active local food handler and alcohol safety certifications (e.g., ServSafe) are preferred. Benefits

$23.67 - $28.50 per hour
