Hourly Starting wage: $14.00
Availability:
Alternating weekends (Additional days available, based off of occupancy.) Shifts on weekends start at 6:30am!
Summary:
The breakfast attendant is responsible for providing excellent service to guests in an efficient and courteous manner. He/She must thrive in a fast-paced environment and ensure efficiency is used in all areas of their position.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure breakfast is prepared for guests in a timely manner (Weekday 6:00am-9:00am and Weekend 7:00am-10:00am).
- Set up breakfast bar with required food, beverages and supplies per Hilton Brand Standards.
- Monitor and replenish breakfast items as needed.
- Ensuring quality control of food/beverage offerings, including presentation on breakfast counter and constant cleanliness.
- Approach all encounters with team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
- Greet guests in the morning and interact throughout breakfast hours (refilling coffee).
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed during food preparation and breakdown.
- Ability to cook/heat up various breakfast items via oven and toaster.
- Monitor fridge, freezer and food temperatures throughout your shift.
- Wash dishes, wipe tables, and ensure an overall clean breakfast area is presented before, during and after breakfast hours.
- Responsible for ensuring all food items are in stock and notify the management of any orders that need to be placed before stock runs low.
Skills:
- Experience in hospitality (any position) is a plus!
- Previous food/beverage OR hotel breakfast attendant position.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent cleanliness standards to uphold hygiene protocols.
