As a key member of our mobile catering operation, you will serve fresh meals, handle food with care, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, lively environment. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages with precision and care, ensuring adherence to food safety standards Set up and break down mobile catering stations efficiently at different locations, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the day Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent customer service that exceeds expectations Manage food handling processes, including portioning, plating, and maintaining proper storage temperatures Assist in catering events by coordinating serving times, replenishing supplies, and supporting banquet setups when needed Follow all health and safety regulations related to food industry standards and dietary requirements Maintain accurate records of food inventory, waste, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance Skills Proven experience in fine dining or high-end food service environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering roles enhances your suitability for this position Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques within the food industry Previous banquet or restaurant experience demonstrates your ability to work efficiently under pressure Barista experience or hospitality background adds value by showcasing versatility in food and beverage service Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-moving mobile setting This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in the food industry while delivering outstanding service directly to clients.
