As a Strategic Development Representative, you'll cultivate relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners while identifying new opportunities to expand market presence and increase referrals. Through education, collaboration, and strategic outreach, you'll help position Optimal Care as the preferred provider across the communities we serve. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven healthcare professional who enjoys networking, identifying growth opportunities, and creating meaningful partnerships. You'll develop and execute market strategies, analyze referral trends, educate healthcare partners on available services, collaborate on new programs, and serve as a trusted resource for referral sources and patients alike. By working closely with clinical, operational, and sales leadership, you'll help strengthen community relationships, support organizational growth, and improve access to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Main Service Area:

Oakland/Livingston/Washtenaw Hours Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years in healthcare strategic development, ideally within home health or hospice.
