Job Summary The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and cleaning up the hotel's complimentary breakfast service. This role plays a key part in creating a positive guest experience by providing a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked breakfast area with friendly and attentive service. Key Responsibilities Set up the breakfast area in accordance with brand standards and health regulations. Prepare and replenish food and beverage items, ensuring freshness and proper presentation. Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast and dining areas, including tables, chairs, counters, and floors. Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management in a timely manner. Ensure all equipment is clean, sanitized, and in good working order. Follow proper food handling and safety guidelines at all times. Break down and clean up breakfast area after service, storing items properly. Assist with other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry items up to 30 lbs. for extended periods. Work Schedule This position typically starts between 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM and ends late morning, depending on business needs.
