Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming for guests. You will play a key part in providing an exceptional dining experience, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our guests during their stay. Duties Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring all food items are fresh and presented attractively. Prepare and serve breakfast items according to dietary guidelines and guest preferences. Buss tables promptly and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Assist guests with any inquiries about the breakfast offerings and provide excellent guest services. Monitor food supplies and replenish as necessary throughout the breakfast service. Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas after service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and catering needs are met. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation. Experience Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred but not required. Experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus, with a focus on creating a welcoming environment. Familiarity with meal preparation, catering, or banquet services is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service.
