Duties Maintain Daily sidework to set the rest of the restaurant up for success. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations, following strict food safety sanitizing procedures Greet & seat guests, make them feel welcome. Bring all food to the table warm, check on guests to ensure everything is up to their standards. Refill beverages as needed. Handle manual tasks such as lifting food trays and supplies while adhering to weight handling safety guidelines Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle customer payments professionally. Provide exceptional in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu options, and accommodating dietary needs or special requests Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitizing procedures within the food industry Basic math skills for processing transactions. Knowledge of alcoholic beverage service or beverage pairing is a plus but not required Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude in face-to-face interactions Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy trays or supplies, and perform manual handling tasks safely Familiarity with POS systems for processing payments accurately Ability to be reliable and show up on time is a must.
