Job Description

Busser/Dishwasher We are looking for high energy individuals who love giving great service. The primary overall responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the restaurant. While also helping keep the service running in smooth fashion. Your primary duties are cleaning tables and tableware throughout the shift, moving dirty tableware to the dish area, and appropriately stocking all areas of the restaurant. You are extremely valuable to the team. Performance Expectations
  • Treat customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect
  • Arrives on time for all scheduled shifts and meetings
  • Efficiently does the task assigned by leadership
  • Receive assignment at the beginning of each shift
  • Service tables after our guest leaves
  • Bring tableware to dish area, when possible assist dishwasher by clearing food into garbage and keeping dish area clean
  • Between seating's, clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange table top.
  • Inspect restroom every half hour and clean as needed
  • Sweeps, scrubs and mops floors
  • Thank guests as they are leaving
  • Continually communicate and aide the FOH and BOH in any requested assistance
  • Clean designated areas as assigned by OPH leadership Success Patterns for this position are
  • Able to work all scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Can effectively handle multiple tasks and high stress situations
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace
  • Reliable transportation to and from work with varying start and end times
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Enthusiasm, enjoys to smile Physical Requirements
  • Bending, stooping, and being positioned upright for long periods of time
  • Must be able to safely move/lift/relocate up to 65 lbs
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 12 hours)

From $15.00 per hour
