Job Description
Main Kitchen
Students working in the Main Kitchen help support daily meal service by: Monitoring serving lines and communicating with cooks about food levels and product needs
Serving food to customers in a friendly and timely manner
Restocking stations throughout the shift
Assisting with station cleanup, dishwashing, and general kitchen cleaning
Following food safety and sanitation procedures
Assisting with basic food preparation as directed
