Job Description

Main Kitchen Students working in the Main Kitchen help support daily meal service by: Monitoring serving lines and communicating with cooks about food levels and product needs Serving food to customers in a friendly and timely manner Restocking stations throughout the shift Assisting with station cleanup, dishwashing, and general kitchen cleaning Following food safety and sanitation procedures Assisting with basic food preparation as directed

Cougar Market Students working in the Cougar Market help provide quality customer service through: Preparing and completing customer orders Operating the point-of-sale system for meal plan swipes and credit card transactions Assisting with minor food preparation Restocking products and maintaining a clean work area Completing station cleanup and dishwashing as needed Communicating with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations
