4-5 days a week. Shifts start at 6am. Weekend availability required.

Description:

Responsible for ensuring prompt, courteous service to the breakfast guest as well as attend to the general upkeep of the eating area and breakfast buffet.

Essential Function:

Provide the highest level of service to the guest at all times Maintain the highest possible standard of cleanliness and sanitation in restaurant and buffet area Awareness of cross contamination and how to avoid it - follow proper hand washing techniques as often as possible Greet the guest Check Buffet throughout shift and refresh items as needed Maintain cleanliness of dining area Complete any closing side work and set up for the next shift Order, Maintain supply inventory and stock items Repeated bending, stooping and lifting/moving weights up to 30 lbs. as well as prolonged standing/walking All other duties as assigned by a supervisor, of which you are capable
