Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant and welcoming breakfast experience for our guests. You will assist in setting up the breakfast area, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional guest relations. Your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality will contribute significantly to our guests' satisfaction. Responsibilities Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with food items, beverages, and utensils. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service. Ensure all food items are presented attractively and are safe for consumption. Interact with guests to provide assistance, answer questions, and address any concerns. Clean tables, chairs, and serving areas promptly after guests have finished their meals. Operate kitchen equipment as necessary, including coffee machines and POS systems. Assist in inventory management by tracking food supplies and reporting shortages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of breakfast items. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment. Skills Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred. Ability to maintain a clean work environment and adhere to sanitation standards. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including basic food preparation techniques. Proficient in operating kitchen equipment such as coffee machines and POS systems. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others in a fast-paced environment.
