Full Job Description Now Hiring:

Support Staff — Mirabelle, Excelsior, MN Mirabelle is located in the heart of Excelsior, offering a coastal-inspired supper club dining experience. Our menu features classics like popovers and shrimp cocktail, alongside fresh fish, pasta, salad, and steak, with nightly comfort specials such as lasagna, meatloaf, prime rib, and a Friday fish fry. Mirabelle also hosts private dining events, and we're looking for Support Staff who bring genuine passion and a true team-first mentality to every shift. Support Staff do just that, they support the team. Whether it's running food, clearing and resetting tables, polishing glassware, or seating guests, our Support Staff are an integral part of the team, and we can't do what we do without them. We're hiring Support Staff for part-time and full-time positions.

Pay:

$11.41 per hour, plus tips

Availability:

Weekend availability is a must

What You'll Do:

Greet guests in a positive and friendly manner Help clean and reset tables Ensure guests' food is placed correctly and explained professionally when set down Communicate with and support all team members to better serve the guest Pre-bus and coordinate with fellow staff to clear tables efficiently Anticipate and exceed guest expectations Help clean, stock, and maintain server and workstations throughout the shift Assist in other roles as needed, including helping the culinary team with tasks as requested Keep management informed of any potential problems or concerns What we're looking for: 1+ years of experience in food service, preferably in a full-service restaurant Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, physically demanding environment for up to 8 hours Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs A genuine embodiment of our
