Private family seeks long-term full time employee to assist in a variety of tasks. 5 months in Minnesota and 7 months in Costa Rica.

Must be:

Meticulous, reliable and trustworthy Organized, able to multi-task and tech savvy Healthy and fit with an excellent work ethic and a can do attitude Have strong problem solving skills and abilities NOT scared to pick up the phone Negotiate or knock on doors to get answers Works well under pressure Privacy and discretion is a must Good with numbers Proficient in excel/quicken/quickbooks Proficient and interested in technology Have excellent writing and communication skills. Finance or accounting degree a plus Interest in naturopathic medicine a plus Interest in fitness/self improvement a plus Spanish and/or Mandarin speaking a plus Some of the tasks of this position include: Technical (approximately 2/3 of your time) Creating excel spreadsheets Researching topics on the internet Writing summaries On Site at properties (approximately 1/3 of your time) Upkeep of outside areas such as patio, porches and docks Assisting with set up/take down as needed for special events Organizing Running Errands Cleaning, window washing, yard care (blowing leaves), detailing autos and boats Planting Flowers/Shrubs/light landscaping/watering Taking autos for inspection or to be serviced, fill with gas, car wash, etc. Scheduling appointments as needed, such as auto service appts, quotes for property service, etc. In your cover letter, please expand on your experience related to the duties listed in this posting.
