Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are consistently met Maintain cleanliness of all food preparation areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures Handle food safely by following proper food handling and storage protocols to prevent contamination Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee machines, and warming stations efficiently and safely Assist with food portioning, plating, and presentation to ensure an appealing guest experience Support in processing cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while providing friendly in-person customer service Clean and sanitize workstations regularly, adhering to health regulations and safety guidelines Assist with catering or banquet setups as needed, supporting large-scale breakfast events or special functions Manage manual handling tasks such as weight handling of supplies and ingredients with proper technique to ensure safety Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional hospitality, including serving guests and addressing dietary needs or special requests Experience Candidates should bring a background rich in hospitality or food service experience, ideally within fine dining or restaurant environments. Prior culinary experience, including food preparation and serving skills, is highly valued. Experience with POS systems, processing cash transactions, or bartending adds an extra layer of versatility.
