Overview Catholic Eldercare is seeking a Dining Aide for our Assisted Living facilities in NE Minneapolis! 32 hours per 2 week pay period, 4:15pm-7:30pm, including every other weekend. Week 1; Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2; Tuesday, Friday All Dining Aides must be at least 16 years old for our facility.

Responsibilities Perform job duties to include; meal preparation, serving, dish washing, putting stock away, and clean up following all kitchen guidelines. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of Dining Services Department, including kitchen, dining rooms, and storage areas. Understand the resident's diets and serving all meals. Assist residents/tenants as needed during the dining hour. Observe and report resident's intake at mealtime as required while demonstrating sensitivity to residents' needs and maintaining a kind and respectful manner. Qualifications Must be able to read, write, and speak English with advanced proficiency. Work independently and as part of a team to meet residents needs. Ability to work with residents, families, and coworkers from diverse backgrounds. Must lift up to 10 pounds frequently and 35 pounds occasionally. Position also requires squatting, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and stretching while performing the role. Catholic Eldercare is an equal opportunity employer.
